Kotak Mahindra Bank — Getting scam calls from Kotak

I have been receiving calls from some guys saying they are calling for a Loan recovery which we took back in 2008. As citi financials was acquired by kotak they are trying to recover the loan amount. Tt's not the only phone but, they are also trying to reach my relatives and telling about the loan that is pending. One recovery agent regularly visits my brother's office to inquire about the loan amount. They have never given anything in writing and this has been going for past 6 months. This is mental harassment, why would a recovery agent ask for money from my brother and relative on my behalf. I and my family are trying to communicate Kotak bank but not getting any traction.

Finally, I convinced them to send me an email and including the thread below.

NDC Process

1) Once Payment is cleared in the system you have to call Toll free No [protected] & need to tell them the Reference No mentioned on Closure Letter for the generation of NDC (No Due Certificate).

2) After the NDC is generated Customer will receive the hard copy of the NDC at your Address.
