My name is vignesh kandhasamy My mobile no is [protected] My interaction id is 1778948 My credit card application no is[protected]. I applied the credit card on 29/01/2020. I got 3 verification calls and 3 physical verification (1- house, 2- office). I have recored clips of bank executives. Finally on 5/2/2020, one executive called me and asked me where to deliver the card whether in house or office? Iam doing business and iam a sole proprietor of the company. Since, iam doing trading business, i was not available in office (5th and 7th of february 2020) but executive had a chat with me over a call. After todays verification, i checked my status, it shows declined. My cibil score also is very good. Moreover i applied for kotak card based on existing hdfc credit card with limit 125000. I applied because, kotak gives best offers and rewards. I called customer care 2 times, they dint respond properly. Really iam frustrated for this issue. Iam going to complain this issue to rbi ombudsum, consumer court with all the proofs, cibil report from transunion website and audio clips, i have. Because i want know the exact reason behind decline or reprocess my application. If not, iamgoing to make defensive marketing against kotak bank to all my friends, families and strangers through, social media platforms and through call not to open or continue any service in kotak bank. Since you ruining peoples life. I mailed this issue to customer support, they replied yesterday me that my application is rejected due to not attestating the kyc documents. I remember well that, i have signed all the documents in the bank in front of credit card executive. I too have sbi, hdfc, icici cards. If not attested, you should have hold the application and called me for further process. Kotak bank calls me 3 times for verification alone another 3 times for physical verification. I thought of opening current account in kotak by closing existing od /cc account from another bank. But never open and iam going to suit a file in rbi ombudsum and consumer court with all the proofs i have and also going to indulge in defensive marketing against kotak bank. Worst bank ever seen.
