Kotak Mahindra Bank — TBMS charges in salary account.

It almost 2 hrs I applied for refund. But still I didn't get any update or refund on that.

Same think happens with me also, but still kotak mahindra bank not responded.
They don't bother about the customers

i'm using Kotak Bank from past 2.5 years. Today first time they deducted TBMS of Rs 29 from my account. Even the Customer Care Number is also not connecting.

I had faced same issue currently. The amount that have been deducted from my account as TBMS is Rs. 2760 on 5th dec'16 & Rs. 230 on 2nd dec'16. Without any email message they have deducted the above mentioned amount. Above this the customer care no. Is not at all connecting. I am not going to tolerate this kind of things n will take it up to higher levels. I suggest to those who are holding Kotak account to switch to another account. This bank is eating money from account holders.

Hi, I have a kotak salaried account and yesterday, 31St December, my account has been debited Rs. 172.50 for 59 times on account of CW fee. Need an answer from a bank. I was told in 2016 that there is no charge applied by bank for ATM withdrawal for any number of transactions at any bank ATM domestic or international. And in one single day, my account is debited more than Rs. 10, 000 on account of CW Fee. Have emailed but no response yet.

Hi…This is Saivakumar Gollapalli with my account number[protected]. Actually I have faced the problem with my kotak account. They were not informing to me to applied for TBMS charges. it was not a good process Kotak Bank. And TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information. Why were you doing like that. Kotak is deducting amount from my bank account july month in name of low balance. I was charged 690 and 650 Rs for month of july. Now they say you have to maintain a minimum balance of 10, 000 every month. Actually I have salaried account. How to maintain 10, 000 rupees. And they are not giving such a good offers like instant loan. And Here one thing is my cousins have kotak account he has got a instant loan last month but I didn’t get any loans with kotak bank. Still I am not interested my kotak account and also do not need to maintain the kotak account. If you want any enquiry please contact to me.

Plz check my account from past 6 months bank deducted from my account TBMS charges. Due to which I'm not able to pay my LIC premium amount..

Its's the same with me and they deducted 1200 for 2 months all of a sudden mentioning TBMS charges.
What's the solution, someone please suggest.
