Kotak Mahindra Bank — without transaction bill generated | |||
Hi, I am existing user of kotak bank. I am frustrated from kotak bank services. In the month of feb I have received call for credit card on behalf of your bank. I asked any annual fee chargers applicable but advisor denied. I have already used credit card of indusind bank but I never faced any issue from them. In the month of March I have received sms from your bank for payment of 500 rs approx without making any transaction even I didn't used your card. I complaint to your customers care executive but they didn't address my complaint. Again in the month of April I have received sms for payment of 1211 rs . Due to lockdown unable to visit branch. I didn't made any transaction from your card. Please provide me resolution. I will never payment any bill without usage. My crn no.[protected].many times tried to this registered my complaint on kotak bank portal but error show. Please help me Was this information helpful? | |||
