Kumar — I want to drop out some packs

Customer care people who take the call not helping for the last 7 months. As my pack is 200 but very time they cut down the money of 60 Rs. in the pretext of English channel. I spend money calling on the mobile it went on and no one is ready resolve. Today just now I could here the person who picked the call and disconnected saying I am not talking or not listening and said on the phone my number [protected]. I could here all these clearly which from end can here.
