Mattress got pressed from one side...

With reference to reference code-AA/78x72x5, I had purchased a coir mattress in the month of Oct-2021.Purchage the same from Balasore, As per your attached sticker warranty is 7 days from the date of purchase. As I think life of the mattress is 5-7 years. Within 5 months I found level of the mattress is up and down, heard and soft. Found body pain every after raise from bad.

I purchased a FLORENTINO DOUBLE BED MATTRESS for Rs 31699/- from Ladies corner xclusive, Chandigarh on 28 Jan. The same sank more than 1.5 Inch in the centre within 10 days. I complained and they replaced it on 21 Feb vide their invoice number[protected]. But within 15 days this also sank more than 1.5 Inch. It has led to me and my wife having constant backache. It shows the poor quality of the materials and also defective engineering....

The product is under warranty period
The mattress springs are under complaint.
Requested to replace immediately...

I raised a complaint about mattress sagging which is still in the Warranty period.

I have been calling customer care since 4 weeks, but no proper response from them...They are just trying to escape from this issue.
I need proper solution..

A hollow/ compressed foam is formed near centre of the mattress which is making it highly uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress is also feeling soggy and losing its firmness.
This being an orthopaedic mattress was purchased as I suffer from back problem. However, due to the defective mattress supplied by your store, I am at risk of aggravating my back problem.
You are, therefore, requested to immediately replace the mattress...

King size matters from kurlon it's almost 3 years now i brought but after 9 months of buying it got sagging in center kindly help me to repair it...

I purchased a mattress from Kurl-on. The mattress has sagging issues and is within warranty. I raised complaint (No. 9428993) on 4th Feb 2022. I have been waiting on their update for almost last one month. When calling customer care they say will reply in 24-48 hours but there is no response thereafter.
The current sagging without anyone sitting is 1.7 inch and when someone sits it goes more in.

I have a slip disc issue...

I purchased mattress in Aug 2021. But it is shrunk in center within 4-5 months.
Kindly replace the same....

We recently bought Kurl-on spine therapy mattress, but it is not good at all, when we sleep on that feeling like we slept on a rock and giving more spine issues....

Mattress is saging from the middle and very uncomfortable. It is in the warranty....

Complaint raised, complaint give to customer care many times, photo and complain no update in WhatsApp no but no reply...

On 21st December 2021, I raised a complaint about mattress sagging which is still in the Warranty period. I have shared all required documents and videos. But still no response from their end

Kindly do the needful...

I bought a single bed matress on 11 nov 21 with two years warrenty but it becomes depressed within two months...

Actually I purchased a kurl on mattress last 25 day back and now the mattress is pressed downwards from one side and it is still in warranty period and it's my complaint about it I request to please take actions against it as soon as possible...

I want to mention below regarding one of the worst customer service that I am experiencing from the company & team of “Kurl-on”

On 05/04/2019, I had bought a “Kurl-on” Sofa, Model No.-Magic L-Shape Sofa from one of Kurl-On authorized dealer “Smart Furniture” located at Gulmohar Tower, Ramgarh, Jharkhand-829117.
I paid Rs.33, 000/- (Thirty Three Thousand only) against the Invoice...

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had purchased one 72 x 70 (4.5 inches) Kurl-on (foam bed) mattress bearing five years guarantee, on 25.03.2018 from M/s. Delhi Handloom House, Delhi. (bill attached)

In this regard, I am to say that the aforesaid mattress has been sagged and lost its shape.

Since, the mattress is under guarantee period, thus the same be replaced at an early date.
