KVIC — Regarding Subsidy Return Issue

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

We are writing to let you know about the PMEGP Subsidy matter of Applicant Shriram Ravindra Patel Account Holder of Central Bank of India (Branch: Bamkhede) from Nandurbar District of Maharashtra State.
PMEGP Subsidy of Shriram Ravindra Patel was returned in January-21 due to bank account credit limit issue (Remark: Not Allow Credit More Than Limit).
Our PMEGP portal is showing Indian Banks Contact Details for Subsidy Purpose.
We have sent revised account details as per Subsidy issuing authorities Instructions and Since then we are regularly taking followup of the matter with KVIC & Subsidy Issuing Bank but issue is not resolved yet. It's been more than 6 months interest is applied to subsidy amount i.e ₹. 8, 75, 000 which will be paid by applicant.
We have contacted KVIC, Churchgate office but they told us to contact KVIB Regarding Subsidy issue then we have Contacted KVIB but they are saying Contact KVIC for subsidy matter. Now we are helpless we don't know whom to contact and resolve the problem.
We have sent several emails to Indian Bank, Nariman Point Branch also but we are not getting any reply from them. Right now we don't know whom to contact for subsidy release. Each & Every supportive Documents are clear from our side and we have sent them to KVIC, PMEGP, INDIAN BANK Multiple Times.
We have contacted to KVIC, KVIB, INDIAN BANK (Nariman Point Branch) & PMEGP Helpline several times for last 6 months but we haven't received proper response & Guidance yet.

Sir kindly look into matter resolve the issue & transfer the subsidy.
