Lakme — Contracted Infection after Facial treatment

I got my pre-bridal treatment done at the Hill road Bandra branch of Lakme salon at Mumbai between 11-13 Jan 2015. I had a horrible experience as I contracted an infection most probably due to wrong technique of the facial or unhygienic instruments. It spoilt my wedding as well as post-wedding days. I had to cover the marks with layers of make-up. As the wedding was not in Mumbai, I could not contact the said branch of the salon until much later. On revisiting the salon again, I got no positive response from the managing staff. They told me that the lady who had done the facial would get back to me later. I just want Lakme to acknowledge my complaint, refund the exorbitant amount I spent on my pre-bridal package. After this horrible experience, I do not wish to ever visit any Lakme ever again and would strongly recommend everyone I know against the same. Attaching a picture for your reference. The lesions appeared at the places where she had scraped during the facial treatment. I am a doctor myself and my dermatologist gave possible diagnosis as herpes zoster or irritant contact dermatitis.
