Bought a new black eyeliner which was sealed at the time of purchase. It was purchased from a cosmetic shop in sarakki, bangalore.
On opening, the product was empty completely. There wasn't enough product for a single application also. The brush was almost dry and there was barely anything in the container.
Unexpected from a reputed brand like lakme.
