Lakme — Points getting deducted

I wonder without any usage or visiting to Lake salon my points are getting deducted without any prior information.On my last visit my points were 3600 approx. and today my as per the salon manager ( Shivalik, Malviya Nagar) i m left with 231 points only. This has happened 3rd time with me but being a priviledged customer i never complaint about it & today i couldn't stop myself to write a complaints since now i feel I am being cheated for being a loyal customer. Just to Inform you I am frequent visitor of Lake salon from last 8-9 Years approx. You may check my records thru below no. [protected]- Hina Shukla. I need immediate action action to be taken, else I 'll go to media & consumer court too . I have other clients as well who are suffering with the same scenario. Kindly help.
