Lakme — Services provided by Lakme Rudrapur | |||||
Hello all, I availed pre bridal services at Lakme salon Rudrapur on 6th july 2016 ( excluding hair services), and my experience was the worst one. I have never expected Lakme will have this sort of mis management.I have been a loyal customer of other lakme stores. People are coming there just because of name lakme and these guys are providing pathetic services. They are not having proper no. of artists for the services. What matters to them is their time only and they will not have any importance of your time at all. When i contacted to salon manager, to my surprise she told me, we have provided one artist to you for the services. i was totally shocked !!. How could a store manager speak like this. And that artist was continuously leaving me just to take other clients in between. This sort of activity was seen by me in Rudrapur. Also I don't know if they have any option to look after emergencies. As in my case I got severe allergy to some product they have applied. And one of their beauticians cold reaction was to have AVIL. I was like are you a doctor?? how can you prescribe me a medicine without knowing my medical history. That Was I who resisted, else these guys would have forced me for AVIL. And Franchise manager was not ready to come at all and have a look also. She is there just to take money and nothing matters for her . I think it would have been good if I would have went to local parlour instead of Lakme Rudrapur, atleast they would have given me proper care and that too at half the prices. M complaint aginst timing of your all workers when they need of some time..haf day..occasions u neve even undratood how culd this when they doing works for u ...U shuld give them salry but when the need a holdiay u just stand up ur hand what is this..this.is calld nonsenceness

In my own marriage i was looking horrible, the hairstyle which they have done was so ugly that i was crying looking myself into the mirror...she just took her money and ran away...spoiled my marriage makeup...
Me and my cousin availed makeup and hair styling Lakme salon Rudrapur on 13th Dec 2016. Its so expensive v/s services. I went for hair curls. they didn't do it by tong and it started opening up there only. they finished it somehow there to manage us but a soon as i reached venue it started getting messy and straight. one of the Female staff was so rude.
