Lal Path Labs — CRITICAL::WRONG REPORT

Hi LAL PATH TEAM, I am very disappointed with the LAB results provided. They proved to be totally wrong. ON 23/4/2015 I have done lab test of my father "HARI SHANKER AGARWAL" for createnine value. When I received the report on 24/4/2015, I was literally shocked to see level of createnine to be 3.81 in LAB report no.[protected]. (Being so high value person must be kept on dialysis) Immediately, i called customer care to cross check the report as according to last week report[protected] createnine value was 1.5, as there is no way the createnine value should go so high.(My father has to undergo bypass heart surgery & already he is taking prescribed medicine & necessary health diet prescribed by doctor). I explained all the scenario to your customer care team, they told to recheck the same & provided me Query ID INQ2015/4/029373. After 2 hours they confirmed me the reports are correct. Immideately I rushed to Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon for check up & admitting father as this value was very high if needed to be kept on dialasis .(After consulting with doctor) When test was done in Medanta hospital it was found that createnine value is 1.5 only. Now, Could you let me know 1) what did you checked out when i told to cross check reports? 2) Even when I have explaine the whole scenario, No one has taken the case seriously. When i told the whole scenario to my both doctor friends " they told many times they have found wrong report published. I need an answer why so has happened & what is the action taken.
