Acer Laptop 5830tg — CD DRIVE / POWER BACKUP

I purchased Acer Laptop on Aug. 2011 at CROMA Indiranager Banglore India, which had a booting problam and i had not used cd drive, only i had to use on jun 2012 which did not work, i gave for servicing at Acer servicing centre, there coment, since i did not use it for long time it is not working, they said they will replace the cd drive since it was under warranty. Next my laptop did not work when i switched on it was Nov. 2012, again i had to give it for servicing at Acer Customer service centre that is VAIBHAV SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT LTD., BANGALORE, Ther coment is NB IS NOT POWERING ON on DC MODE, BATTRY LED IS BLINKING WHEN CHARGER IS CONNECTED., Now they informed over phone on 17.11.2012 that the battry is gone it has to replaced at cost Rs. 5650.00 and service charge Rs.1500.00 please revert back.
