2 left sided earbuds came in one pack and now i replace this product..

Please replace this product as soon as possible....

The above said earphones r faulty as the tend not work at times and some irritating sounds comes from it
Its has manufacturing defect of some kind

I have contacted the ptrons site for last 10 days but there is response from there end as it was told on website any returns or complaints contact ptron website so i did the same but getting no response from there end as it was delivered me from latestone.com so complainngy...

The product purchased is more noisy and low volume. I was not satisfied as expected by me.
The product may be returned.
If possible I will upgrade to the new PTRON Avento Pro instead of PTRON Avento.
