[Resolved] Latestone.com — Duplicate handsfree provided | |||||
On 05/03/2016 via Order ID SO1587305, I purchased online through latestone.com Handfree of Sony Xperia C3, and received it on 07/03/2016, but instead they provided me handfree of Samsung Co. and cash payment was taken for it. The handfree which the online co. has sent to me is only supported to samsung mobiles and it does not support to Sony Xperia C3 mobile. I try to lodge a complaint in their website, but they are not responding to it. I even call their customer care no. but i haven't got a satisfactory result till yet.
