Lemall — Bluetooth speaker | |||||
I had purchased a leeco speaker from in. Lemall.Com (Their own website) and got it delivered on 1st aug. However the speaker didn't even start right out of the box. Tried to file a return request to them via the website but they have disable the submit button (Verified the same issue with other buyers also). Then i emailed them on [protected]@le.Com where they keep telling me to submit the ticket on website which i have done but it does not generate any ticket number so we have no record of this. Then they tell me to file a return request through website but that is already disabled as mentioned earlier. When i talked on their helpline number[protected], they are telling me to wait for 24-48 hrs but nothing has happened even after waiting for 1 week. I have seen the exactly same issues with other customers on leeco facebook page but they are least concerned about the consumer complaints and just want to flood the indian market with cheap chinese products with high specification which do not work. My order id:[protected]. I request our government to take strictest action against these type of companies which are selling bad products and who do not believe in customer care.
