I am Madhukar Bhilare having [protected] mobile no. I have purchased le 2 mobile from lemall website. Then I returned the mobile due some issue in mobile and then the mobile was returned on 28th September. order id:[protected] Return Details. Date:08th September 2016 Application No.[protected] Reverse pickup by delhivery courier Waybill No:[protected] Its already more than 3 month yet I have not received my refund. Company's policy for refund is 7-21 days. I have called many times to customer care yet I am not even getting the exact date of refund and they always say that be patient you will get your refund soon. I have also mailed them many times yet you are not responding. Please i request you to get refund me my Rs. 11999 as their policy of 21 working days is also over. Really very sad and disappointed.
