Lemall — Makemytrip gift cards offered on epic sale not given even after 70 days by lemall | |||||
I had purchased le2 mobiles in epic 919 sale from in. Lemall.com/in/. I had placed 1 order each on 19 and 20 of sep 2016. I was supposed to receive makemytrip gift cards worth rs. 4000 (Rs. 2000 for each order). Not received any of these. Already 70 days have passed, Order id:[protected] on[protected]:29:52 am Order id:[protected] on[protected]:36:25 pm Each time i call their customer support, they ask 48 hours, i have called 15 times upto now, written more than 7 emails to their customer support, no response. They do not given any ticket number for a customer compliant. Nor can we track the status of our compliant, each time we call, we will have tell the entire story, and they would ask for another 48 hours. Nasty customer service. Do not buy from them.
