Lemall — Bluetooth Speakers and lemall coupons not received

I have not recd the Bluetooth Speakers till date. I ordered my phone on the epic 919 sale and was told that the

Bluetooth Speakers will be shipped with the phone and when i received the phone there were no Bluetooth Speakers. I

called and e-mailed immediately on 23/9/2016 and was told atht i will get an update in 24 hrs. and now its been a

month and o have still not received the Bluetooth Speakers. Every time i call i am being told that i will get a

callback in 24 Hrs. and hen i get a call after a week (thought i get assured that will get a call in 24 hrs ) i get

the same answer that Le will check again and i will get a callback in 24 hrs. and so they are like moving me in

Circles. I have raised multiple calls and e-mails and i do not think that you staff has the expertise to resolve

anything and just answer the call that i will get a call back again.

Also second issue is i got a message that rs 3000 Le mall coupons have been added to my account, however when i go

to place the order it says that EPIC 919 can only be used once and will not allow me to place the order with the

coupon. well i have never used this coupon and i am again being denied with the rs 3000 coupon again.
Again i am requesting call back from a manager or from someone from the corp office.
