Lemall — Rafuse to repair of mobile handset leeco2 | |||||
Respected sir/madam, On 5th july 2016, i purchased mobile handset (Le eco 2 manufactured by lemall.com) of worth rs. 12, 000/- from filpkart.com, which came with one year warranty by manufacturer but after a couple of days i start face problem with that it was not working properly & one day it totally stop in between. I took service center address on their website, which was completely wrong address but anyhow i found their service center named “mobile super market”, they asked me you have to deposit the handset it will take 7-10 days & deposited my handset on 12th aug 2016, they didn’t provide me any job sheet/card. After 10 days, when i contact to service center they told me, it will take more time, we sent it to company, whenever i called them they asked me it will come soon. Cause of their excuses i frustrated & harassed a lot. On 2nd september, 2016 i contacted to their helpline no[protected] & discussed the wholematter they told me that your service request is under process, we will contact you soon once it done, but on the very next day i. E 03/09/2016 i got call from “mobile super market” they told me that your handset cameback from company (Without repair), if you want your handset okay you have to pay about 7000 rs. At a same time i called company helpline no[protected] & talk about it. They told me that your service request has been closed, we can’t do anything. Cause of their faulty product i have faced physically & mentally harassment by lemall Kindly requested to you take strict action against the company, who selling faulty products with false promise (Flipkart.com), manufacturer company of mobile (Lemall) & help me to provide compensation of physically & mentally harassment, refund back of my money.
