Lemall — Take online order but did not send product...and after 20-25 day cancelled the order

Hello everyone,

We have given order at lemall.com website successfully on 19th Sep 2016 and they did not shipped my order.
After waiting off to long time we got call on 12th Oct 2016.
They replied sorry we have no stock we will cancel your order..

Now we say if they have no stock then why they take order...
