Lenovo — disgusting and pathetic customer service | |||||
Last year in the month of november i purchased moto g4 plus. Its less than a year this phone has been reporting issues. Initially within 4 months, phone's display was not working. I went to the galley located at borivali and asked for a replacement, but they didnt give any replacement and they did patch work fix saying that they have changed the display. After 2 months, the same issue occured, went to the same motorola gallery and they kept the phone with them for 2 days and they did the same patch work. After 3 months of the second issue, same issue still occured and phone gets automatic restart in between. Went to the motorola/ lenovo customer care for the third time and asked for the replacement but they said no replacement. How can they resist for a replacement when my phone is still under warranty and i called the customer care centre as well but they always talk rudely and ask to visit the gallery. Is the solution customer care poeple should, then what is the use of customer care. Such a pathetic service by lenovo and motorola. Have requested all of my friends, colleagues and any person i know not to buy motorola/ lenovo products because of such pathetic customer service. I want replacement for my phone. If not provided, i will have to register a complaint in consumer court. I dont want a patch work this time. P.
