Will defiantly like to say !!! The downside? Sometimes a company will respond quickly to save face of its own but be less motivated to actually resolve the problem. this is
what is going on with my above discretion on the post lens cart is doing same blunder again and again and management comfortable with a statement we understand !!!

managers and supervisors are rude

However, as per the update we would like to inform you that we have already taken a final call on this issue and same has been informed to you. We understand that there must be some expectation which was set and unfortunately we were unable to make it upto. Considering your issue as important we tried to provide you with the best possible resolution, but what you are asking for is not possible as we do have certain policies and procedures to abide by. second is I would like to take strict action again mr sing & mr saurab who insulted my disability ( call recording are audited and confirmed to me by MR sukrit in this matter )

second part of complain Mr sing spoke to me on behalf of Mr Gowhar he was a arrogant bit of chain now mr sukrit comes in to pikture when heard the call a face saver was given to give me free bizzz not informing the process ahead
now to my amusement another person comes in to picture stating mr sukrit is on leave for 3 days kindly listen to call recording... A gentleman who says that he is aware of case however not aware that i have alredy posted to sukrit about my new order .

IN mean while a chatt agent name MR Bharwaj gives me the same repeted wrong information which created first blunde[protected] check chatt evidance below

it is with disgrace that i need to bring to notice of all dear friends here that lens kart is so rude that first they insult people then they accept their mistake through written apology, then they repeat the same mistake again and when some one is reaching masses with their review that what they do, I have requested a call from senior manager of lens cart yesterday how ever this is how lens kart is suppressing voices from people about their reviews. dear lenskart we have family and friends who are getting acquainted with the horrifying experience that has been came across and the rudeness of communication has happened and all do have social media to share the experience that has went through followup case 1517165
