[Resolved]  Levi's India — No Refund made after returning the product

I had ordered a jeans with 29w but was instead delivered a 26W and as there is no replacement policy, i had to initiate the return of order IND[protected] and it has been more than a week the product has been picked up but the company hasn't initiated the refund, their toll free number is inoperative and they don't reply to mails. Even the chat support does not work, i don't understand how a premium brand have such a pathetic customer support .
