[Resolved]  Levi's India — Not refunding my money

These people picked up my product and never refunded me ! They marked it as not recieved and when I complained they sent someone again and then marked it as not recieved and have already sent me emails saying they r have received it and asked for my bank details and never refunded me ! So now they are not even responding to my emails and have marked the product as not received although I already returned it on 31 July ! They probable lost it and blamed me for not returning my product! I’ve receipts and I want my refund ! They again sent someone to pick up a non exsistent product so that they can show like I never returned it ! These are sneaky conniving people and thieves ! My order ID is IND[protected]
