LG Electronic India — Substandard Product and after sales service

Dear Sir / Madam, This is with reference to the below complaint made to LG and also have put up the same thing on the consumer complaint forums. I received a sms stating that Request Id RNA[protected] is given to Vikas Prakashsurve Mobile No. [protected]. Received a call on 27.03.2015 from Noida head office Executive name Sabah Naqvi spoke to me and said that the complaint is been taken and the complaint number is RNA[protected] and someone from the service department will call me up. Evening I get a sms that "calling for LG TV Service". No one called up that day only the sms had come. Today I get a sms that the complaint is closed - Reason - Customer cannot be contacted. Please tell me if no one called me how can they contact me. People in LG are so careless about their customer that they just don't bother, which is absolutely not good for the business. When called to the person (Ramesh Gupta)who had sent me the sms said that he called me and i did not answer. I told him that in that case i should get a missed call on my phone which was not there that means he did not call. This time he lied again saying that he called 4 times on my phone. And since according to him there was no contact with me he closed the complaint. Indirectly LG Left the customer to live with the problem. Mr. Ramesh Gupta ([protected]) was very rude while speaking on the phone and said he cannot do anything about it and I should go and complaint once again. Is there anyone in LG to monitor if people are doing their job properly or not. they should be shameful because they do not do justice to their salary which come out from profit made out of customers. I think made a mistake by choosing LG. I request you to please tell me if this issue is going to be taken care or no. I am sorry but should say that LG is "PATHETIC". Date: Wed, 25 Mar 2015 16:10:50 +0530 Dear Sir / Madam, With great faith in LG I bought a LED TV Model no:- LG 32LE5500.ATR on 09.08.2011 from e zone Invoice No.[protected] Serial no.104PLCD004139, for Rs.31990/- (Rupees Thirty-one thousand nine hundred and ninety only). While watching TV, Suddenly lines started coming up on the screen. Its not even completed 4 Years and the TV has gone faulty. Following day I called the Toll free no. [protected] to know what is wrong and how to get it rectified. The customer service executive gave me these numbers +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] stating that it is service center number and can speak to them. I called on +91 [protected] and the number was not in use for some reason. On the other number I Have been calling since the last 8 days and no one is even bothered to even answer the phone. Then i got the TV Checked by a local technician, upon which he said that the panel (Display) of the TV has gone faulty and it would cost me around 10, 000/- to 13, 000/-. I am very disappointed by the service and the product which LG has provided. And for sure the life of the panel is not 4 years. If this would be the case people would not have bought LCD / LED Tvs. This is to let you know that the money I paid for this TV was my hard earned money. If this was the case that I have to spend a fortune on this TV every 3 to 4 years it was better not gone for LG. I understand that any other minor problem can occur after all its a electronic device but not something like this that a fortune has to be spent on it. My faith in LG will fade off if something is not done about this issue and will never ever go or not let anyone else go for LG. And LG very well knows the power of word of mouth and social media.
