Dear LG AC Sales Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the delay in the delivery of the LG air conditioner that I ordered on September 4, 2023. My order number is [protected], and the expected delivery date was Friday, September 8, 2023.As of today(30/10/2023), the product has not been delivered, and I have not received any communication from your end regarding the delay or a new estimated delivery date. This delay is causing a significant inconvenience. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delivery delays, but I believe it is essential for customers to be informed promptly about any changes in the delivery schedule. The lack of communication in this matter has been quite frustrating, and I expected a higher level of service from LG, a reputable brand known for its quality and customer satisfaction.
I kindly request that you investigate the status of my order and provide me with a revised delivery date as soon as possible. I would appreciate regular updates regarding the progress of my order until it is successfully delivered.
One of the worst service's i have received from any vendor till now even a road side local vendor is much serious about the customer than LG officials .
I understand that issues can arise, but effective communication and resolution of such issues are critical for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly, and I can enjoy the benefits of my LG air conditioner as soon as possible.
