Service engineer of LG visited 2 days back, informed that there are some issues with the mother board of TV, . so it will take 8500/- t get it repaired. Its astonishing to know that product of almost 100, 000/- rupees, looses its mother board within 2-3 years. And then company guys have audacity inform me to pay the amount of repair and parts, rather then getting the TV replaced or TV gets repaired.
I wants to ask LG team, that this is the way we you handle complains and resolve the issue. And then your expect brand to become stronger???
