I purchased LG LED 3D 32LM3410 from Gera Vision, Vishnunagar, Jagadhri Workshop, which is frequently giving problem of auto change of channels & switching off. The products of LG are faulty and very poor & delayed service.
Recently a part of the appliance was changed but the same problem occurred again. This show the parts are also faulty along with the LED.
The appliance must be replaced otherwise I may sue in consumer court.
