LG Electronics — Complaint against amc of water purifier

I am using lg purifier from last three year No complaint but in March 2023 I take amc from service centre but they damage my purifier I made complaint to lg customer care from last month. After many home visit of lg engg. many telephone conversation with customer care many experiments with purifier but no resolution.
I have registered mobile [protected] with lg electronics.
Now lg harass me made . Doing nothing against my complaint.
