Local Service Centre took both the unit, repaired and installed. However, within one month AC started giving trouble. Again the Local Service Centre was contacted and they refilled cooling gas. But again within one month it started giving trouble (no cooling). Again I approached your local service centre but no one attended my complaint. Thereafter, season changed and I went abroad. After returning from abroad, on 31st March 2014 I lodged a fresh complaint with Local Service Centre. They again collected the both, in door and out door, units on 3rd April 2014. Despite repeated reminders and even complaining on the Customer Care phone, more than two weeks have passed and I have not received any satisfactory reply. This behavior and attitude towards customer from reputed company like LG is not expected. I am copying this complaint also to [protected]@moneycontrol.com Was this information helpful? | |||
