[Resolved] LG Electronics — Extreme negligence of Prestigious LG Technical assistance. | |||
We have valid AMC for LG TV but no use. Lodged complaint on 03/10/2016, surprisingly received message on 14/10/2016 that complaint RNA[protected] is closed with the reason ”discontinued part.” We have valid AMC which will be in force up to feb 2017.It is highly deplorable to receive such negative response after lapse of 11 days from the date of complaint. How can they escape and close complaint without resolving the issue during AMC period? Was this information helpful? | |||
