I m sad n sorry to say that such a big branded company has so little care for its customers. This is my 4th complaint in a row, other then verbal ones on mobile, n each time iv been asked whether my problem has been solved. I say no n then that's all. My double door refrigerator model no.GL-368YVQ4 is hardly 2yrs old n the problem could not b rectified by the technician even after changing the defected part wch took almost a month n half to come from kolkata. I'm surprised to see the state of affairs in our country n that's why we r not progressing coz we have no sense of commitment.
I further have no option but to go to the consumers court soon if my problem is not resolved immediately. I'm being offered a 60% rebate but since my refrigerator is 2yrs old I want 100% money back. Please let me not loose faith in ur esteemed company. Hope to hear positive from you. Thanking you in advance.
