I have purchased one Home theatre DJ CONSOLE FROM LG SHOWROOM VELACHERRY CHENNAI SINCE ITS PURCHASE DATE ITS NOT WORKING AND I CALLED N NUMBER OF TIMES THE ENGINEER JUST COMES AND GO BACK SAYING PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT THEY STARTED AVOIDING MY CALLS. There staff is not good they r selling defective pieces of products
