1. Whenever I call Customer care no. 3 language options are given. But representative speaks only in Hindi.
2. Made a service request for defective washing machine on 30.5.15 vide RNA[protected]. Technician visited on 31.5.15. and detected that one motor has to be replaced. Nothing has been done so far
3. Called call center today. Representative simple did not understand that all I wanted to check my repair status but booked a fresh complaint vide RNA[protected] stating that my old complaint has been cancelled. But I checked through the track repair and found it still under progress.
