LG Electronics — I am suffering from your worst customer care service from last 1 month

Respect sir, I had purchased LG SPLIT AC on 11/04/2011 from your dealer Ramdev Electric & Rewinding Works at Barmer, Rajasthan(344001). With that I have a warranty on AC for 1 year from purchased date & 5 years warranty on Compressor.. Since last two months my AC is not working properly so I had called your customer care service[protected] from my no ( [protected], [protected]) 3-4 times.. It's a humble request to please resolve my problem very soon...otherwise if I couldn't get response from your side in nearly days, I will sue on this company on consumer court forum...
