[Resolved] LG Electronics India — NO RESPONSE FROM SERVICE CENTRE FOR TELEVISION INSTALLATION | |||
I, MR. WASIM SHAIKH WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT I PURCHASED AN LG TELEVISION, MODEL NO. LG42LB5610 106CM(42) LED TV THROUGH FLIPKART ONLINE SERVICE ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER, 2014 AND THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE ON THE 25TH OF DECEMBER 2014. ON THE SAME DAY, WE REQUESTED THE LG CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO REGISTERED OUR PRODUCT MODEL FOR INSTALLATION SERVICE. SINCE THEN, THE RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE OF LG ELECTRONICS IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING AS ITS BEEN 3 DAYS SINCE THE DAY OF DELIVERY THAT THERE IS NO PROPER ACTION TAKEN FROM THEIR SIDE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7-8 TIMES THAT WE HAVE REGISTERED OUR PRODUCT AT THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND HAVE RECIEVED NO VALID RESPONSE. SUCH AN ACT IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING, AS THE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS ARE NOT FULFILLED. AND YET WE ARE WAITING FOR THE RESPONSE AS THE PRODUCT IS JUST LYING IDEAL. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY STRICT ACTION REQUIRED FOR THE SAME, AS THE PROMISES MADE BY THE ABOVE SAID COMPANY ARE NOT FULFILLED AND ALSO THEIR SERVICES ARE NOT UP TO THE MARK.
