Though I have had very good service from LG earlier, this time I am made to run from pillar to post for a solution. I had raised a service complaint on the 25th of April No. RNA[protected] as the AC which was serviced 3 weeks before by LG service centre stopped working. Quite surprisingly, this time it took long to explain them that just three weeks back they had serviced the AC and had recharged the gas, and given a warranty for the gas filling for six months. Anyhow, the ordeal started as team after team visited my residence and no one could figure out what the problem was. Eventually they took the indoor unit away, saying they needed to clean some fuel leakage and this could be done in the workshop only. I was assured that this would take a maximum of 24 hours. Since then two days have gone, and I get a call from an extremely rude lady just now, that they would bring it back only on Saturday. On explaining that it has been 4 days already since the problem happened, it was rather taking too long, the lady replies that they are not repairing only my AC, and there are many cases being attended to and they don't think that mine deserves a priority. Decided to call back and speak to the manager, who seemed to be in better control, and has assured me that she would look into this. However, her explanation also did not quite seem digestible, as she said that her company had recently taken over our area of residence and hence it may be taking time to get resolved ??? My request is to kindly sort this at the earliest, as I wish my faith in LG as a company does not shatter. Incidentally this is the third LG product breaking down in the last one month, but the service in all the cases have been so good until this point !! Was this information helpful? |
