[Resolved]  LG Electronics — LED TV not repaired and wasted my time more than 8 months with compliants handling

Dear LG team, I've long been a user of your LG LED TV (Model no : 42LE5500 ATR Sr.No 16800) products and up until now have always regarded you are an excellent supplier/organization. I have every faith therefore that you will do what you can to rectify this situation." I registered many complaints on vedio problem of LED TV. Your service persons attempted in 06/02/2015 Rental Invoice No:003439 (Rs:570/- Paid) Paid.Ref Job order no RNA[protected]. Serial no 101 PLAG016800. After that we reordered complaints again and again to rectify the problem by arranging the new panel as told it will be available. After 7 months we understood that through the services providers this spare in not available or unable supply the LG LED TV manufacture. Please clarify my questions in this regards: 1. Why the spare or suitable part I.e panel to Tv not arranged. 2.We lost our valuable time, supposed to watch tv during this period. 3.Wther this tv dumped into a scarp or what next I have to do?
