[Resolved]  LG Electronics — LED TV NOT WORKING SINCE 24-oct-2014

I have lodged a complaint for TV not functional since 24th October 2014 with LG toll free service. MY SERVICE REQUEST ID : RNA[protected] dated 24-OCT-2014. My TV Model No. :LG- LED 22LS 3300.ATR and Serial No.is- 207PLHT042377. A service engineer promptly visited my home within 3 daysand diagnosed " PC Board failure" and ordered for spare.He came after 5 dyas with a spare board and tested the component. However TV did not work. He then found out that 36 Volts Adapter was also damaged. He ordered for a spare Adapter. Please note that I have an ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with LG ELECTRONICS INDIA PVT. LTD., which is valid till 11-AUGUST-2015. AMC No.- MG018676 [ VIDE INVOICE NO. ARSINVCHEAIT12/9500 Dated 17-AUGUST-2012 and Order No.[protected]] I have no idea when the parts would be available to your service engineer. YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER IS VERY GOOD AND RESPONSIVE. PLEASE ENSURE PARTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER FOR CARRYING OUT THE REPAIR AT THE EARLIEST. As I had two surgeries on 16th October 2014, I am uable to move out of my house.
