[Resolved] LG Electronics — LG 3D LED stopped functioning | |||
Pathetic service and staff. I had bought 3D LED in August 2011. In less than 3 years panel has gone bad. LG service engineer came and told that we need to replace panel. After few days they told that Panel is discontinued and there is no way they can repair. Shocked. They offered to buy back the TV at depreciated cost. I gave them bill. After 2 days they came back telling that they need original bill. This TV was under Bajaj finance and they keep the original bill. I talked to dealer where I purchased the TV and Bajaj finance. Both of them told that the bill I have is as good as original bill. I went back to LG and the guy there asked me to prepare affidavit for the same. I did that and contact LG again. Now the tone of the LG guy has got changed. Looks like he is not going to pursue the case as he told that it is still tough to get the money back. This is how the LG product and LG service is. You spend 1 lakh on a TV, it stops working in few months and there is no one to listen. My all home appliance(Washing Machine, Oven, Refrigerator, AC) are from LG. I got Bangalore LG customer care manager Mr. Raghunathan Umendra's contact([protected]) but he never picked up the phone. Then I got contact of Mr. Kandaswamy([protected]). He picked up the phone. He told me that we can't help and you can "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT" . This is the attitude of you customer care.
