I have logged 5 complaints (Latest - RNA[protected]. The service engineers have visited and provided no help so far as the machine still beeps. I have asked the call centre exec to arrange. But, still problem persists.
No action is taken by your dealer as well as your customer support department. It is not good as seen the market of LG.
Without giving solution for the complaint, it is showing closed again and again. Now once again you are requested to look into the matter before any legal action . I will go to consumer court and put up these proves - 1. Not attending complaint and on website showing ''completed/closed'' 2. No Report is signed by service engineer because of local mechanic send by LG. 3. Due to bad service fridge got damaged...
