I had purchased LG G4 mobile in Feb 2016. Recently, i started to face issues with the wifi and Bluetooth connectivity and i had approached the service centre at Panjagutta, Hyderabad. I am very disappointed with the way they responded.They figured out that there is a problem with the hardware and had to replace the hardware.However, they dont have the spares available and were not sure when they receive them. I called up the manager, Mr.Sai Venkat and he simply responded "there is not much I can do and must wait till the spare part comes" I told him to check and get back to me but I haven't heard from him yet and he never responded to my call again. So i called up the customer care and spoke Mr.Rajinesh at around 1.35pm on 31st may.He said there is not much he can do and i have deal with service centre and he would arrange a call back. I dont see a point of having warranty for your product as there is no solution provided!!! I would like an explanation and solution immediately as i dont want to carry faulty device thats worth Rs.40, 000 with wifi and bluetooth not working. I hope to hear back from you.
