[Resolved] LG Electronics — LG service and product issue

Dear Sir,
please help me on below issue if possiable.
I buy LG product before 6 month ago, I purchase model LG 42LB5820 before 1
week i was facing issue with tv picture.so i raise complaint for this
RNA[protected].Engineer has rectify issue he has replaced AV PCB as on
tomorrow[protected] only.
But from today onward i am again facing issue with TV . after changed
part yesterday My TV model is showing in setting NETCAST4 instate 42LB5820 .So
why this wrong part has installed.? Due to this wrong part i am suffreing
