I had raised a complaint (RNA[protected] when my washing machine stopped working. The technician said some part needed to be ordered and said it would take 3-4 days. After calling up a 100 times, the technician said raise a new request, your request has got closed...even before servicing!! So I raised a new request (RNA[protected]. After calling up 2-3 times everyday, they finally repaired the machine after a month of my initial request. My machine is under the showroom extended warranty, so we asked for the bill. Technician said he would send the bill after he goes to the service center. I got an SMS "Amount Rs 3889.12 has been invoiced against TCR No:PPUN2/4119 dt 23-Sep-2015". For the last 2 weeks, my husband and I are calling up the service center for the bill, they keep saying we'll send in 2 hours, 4 hours, end of day, tomorrow morning etc. Customer care only keeps providing manager's number to complain. We have not got the copy of the bill even after making the full payment! Did not expect such pathetic service from a brand like LG! Was this information helpful? |
