Hello,
My name is Arun and I am from Bangalore.
I called up the customer care again and they told me to speak to Ms. Gayathri and her designation is CRO. Her contact number is [protected]. When i contacted her, the phone was switched off that whole day. Then next day, I spoke with her but her response was very casual and then she asks me to contact Mr.Ashokan, who is the service manager. His number is [protected]. But for 2 days I tried to contact him but either his phone is busy or he is not taking the call. Such a frustrating thing a customer has to go through. These people don't know how to speak or handle a customer. Customer will get irate with the response coming from them including the seniors.
Then today I called Ms. Gayathri again, and she is saying, that this part is not available in India as this model they are not manufacturing anymore. I asked her, does this means I cant used the vacuum cleaner anymore? She said, "Yes". Instead of giving a alternative solution, such a casual solution. So this means that any product we buy from LG, we can use it for 4 years and after that any part are broken or complaint, we cant use the product.
Now I don't know, whom to approach. I want my product to be repaired or take back their product and return the money.
I am looking for a speedy solution.
