I am facing many issues with LG water purifier. Service executive says water quality is poor. Since the water quality is poor, I have invested 23000 on this water purifier otherwise I would have bought some other brand with lesser price. More over your installation engineer will test the water quality before installation. If they would have told either I would have cancelled that instantly otherwise I would have gone to better product from LG itself. Now it is not my mistake. My water purifier will not run more than one month after service. Now the warranty period is also over and spending around 5000 per month for servicing is not worth. Also I am staying in remote location and every time it is difficult for me to raise complaints like this. My LG water purifier is idle since more than 6 months because of more maintenance charges. And I don't believe in AMC because all filters gets replaced only once in an year. And I am sure I need replace more often which is an additional expenditure from my pocket.
Saying this, I have decided to go for last option, I would like to return this product. Please refund the amount by deducting the money considering the usage and product condition. I agree to the company norms. Was this information helpful? |
