LG Electronics — Lg42lb6200 - fault - feb 2016 - service not satisfied | |||
Lg led tv-42lb6200 – purchased jan, 2015.. Fault occurred feb 2016 (Exactly after one year-no warranty). Rna[protected] complaint registered. Rs. 4000 charged for main pcb board change- service person ([protected])—clarity of tv is not good. I asked to replace the board (Because i doubt the board’s originality). He refused and no proper response(No knowledge of fault) from him. So, i asked him if possible, just take the board and repay me. He assured of removing the board and giving the amount next day because he don’t have amount on 05.02.2016 (Rs. 300 deduction for that). But he cheated us and never came back again.
