I am from Allahabad. I had registered a complain against my led television on 6 th march' 15 (purchased on 20th january '14) and had not received any service till 9th. Again I registered a complain on 9th and came to know that no prior complaint had been registered by me. (This is your customer care service). Then after I had a visit by two technicians who could not even identify the problem of my led television and asked to send to service Centre. Today I received an information from the service center that the panel of the television is not working, repairing which will cost rs 16, 000+. I need an answer for this that do you intentionally sell such products which stop working once they survive one year warranty. Why do we foolish consumers spend 30, 000 on buying your brands if we have to every year spend such a huge amount on repairing? I want to know how many such complaints do you receive every year? A person like me, belonging to a middle class family who has purchased a product of just 30, 000 on an EMI cannot afford such services which are more than half the cost of the product. I need a proper solution and answers to my doubt within 24 hours otherwise I will get this entire story published in newspapers and will soon approach consumer forum.
