[Resolved] LG Electronics — My complain no ran[protected] reg.. | |||
With great disappointment i would like to bring to your notice that i had lanched a complain with your customer care regarding my micro wave oven problem ( ref no: ran[protected]. The next day a service representive came and checked the problem and said will check with his manager and get back to me. They asked for the bill copy which also we have handed it over to them in person at their office. After 4 days i received a call from the manager, salem, tamil nadu. He enquired the problem and said will get back to us. But it is 3 week now. I have not received any communication from any of your representatives. We are unable to use the oven for the past 1 month.
